I think from an architecture stand point, this article is very important. Architects only have their jobs in order to sell buildings and the real estate market is the way that happens. The renderings not only help people visualize the spaces in the buildings which help sell the buildings but it also gives them a chance to see what they don't like in a finished product. This is important because it saves money in the long run but fixing the problem before the building is built and in turns saves money.
