It depends what low-incidence disability it is. It is important for all disabilities that students and their teachers benefit from highly specialized support and training. Letting the teacher understand the unique needs of the student and how to appropriately provide instruction in the classroom. The best results come from early intervention, education, and transition. IDEA wants personnel who work with students with low-incidence disabilities to be trained and use universally designed assistive technology support and services.
