If someone is severely allergic to something, they should have two prescribed epipens. (epinephrine auto injectors)

2. Have Benadryl handy. 

3. You should inject the epipen directly into the side of the leg. 

4. Lay the person down with their legs raised. 

5. Go to the hospital, even if they are fine after being injected with the epipen. There can be a second reaction (called a biphasic reaction), so they need to be watched by a medical professional.
