Next step, in the same way, turn the facing also. Finally, from the wrong side of the fabric, the machine stitches on the edge of the facing as illustrated.

They would like their jeans to be hand-folded. They also want us to include hangtags and the garments in cardboard boxes with 30 items per box. They would like their dresses to include hangtags and put the garments in floor-length plastic garment bags with fabric hangers. They would like their T-shirt to be hand-folded and 2 items per bag. They also want us to include tissue paper and put the garments in plastic garment bags. They would like their Coats to be machine-folded. They also want us to include individual rayon bags with hang tags and use straight pins for the garments.

We have taken delivery of the goods which arrived in Bactuliem at Hanoi. 

Thank you for the prompt delivery of the order. 

But, after checking the goods, we found that there were some shirts with missing buttons and skipped stitches. These products did not meet our quality standards and were in accordance with our requirements.

We will resend defective, damaged products, and hope the company will check again. 

In view of the tight profit margin on this consignment, we must insist that you compensate us for shipping cost. 

And we ask that you resend another product to make up for the previous number of defective products. We suggest that, in the future, you make sure that the goods sent to us will be carefully checked and free of errors like this time.

We are so sorry to hear that, the order no.848 doesn't meet the quality you ordered. 

We have examined the matter thoroughly and by checking the relevant documents, we find that the goods are dispatched in good conditions and as requested. We therefore reject your complaint.

Accordingly, we guess that, in the process of transportation, there is a problem, so your goods have this unfortunate mistake.

In the circumstances, we advise you to make a claim on the shipping company. If you wish, we would be happy to take issue with the shipping company on your behalf.
