Neon, white, or any shade, scrunchies were the best and biggest looks to accessorize your ‘do. Designed with geometrical shapes, glitter, and other gems or beads, scrunchies were awesome in the 80s and they´re back AGAIN!!

Crimped Hair
Popular in the 80s, you could crimp all your hair or just select sections. Worn up or down, it was a very versatile look. 

Mullets were classic 80s. Trimmed on top and long and flowy in the back, this look was common. Mullets should stay in the 80s but surprisingly enough, you still see this look today. Well it isn’t for everyone, mullets will always have their fans.

Customized denim jackets.
If you didn't have an oversize jean jacket covered with pins or patches in the '80s, you probably were doing something wrong. Nowadays, denim is totally back.

They had to be tightly-rolled in a style known as pegging. It's not as easy as it sounds.

It didn’t matter if you were a boy or a girl– this particular 80s fashion trend crossed the gender barrier (and the age barrier too). Reebok hightops are still trendy nowadays. That is a really long time with a single style of shoe, especially one created in the 80s. More for Fashion, Less for Sports. In the 80s, they became a must-have!
