My animal is the Vaquita
Its looks almost like a dolphin except for the face since the dolphin has more of a snout while the Vaquita doesnt have one. It ahve bea like eyes with a thick outline around its eyes. It is around 1.2-1.5 meters in length as an adult and weight 43 kg on average, average being an adult.

Its live in the the Gulf of California, of Mexico

Its diet consists of small fish, crustaceans and cephalopods

A small fact is the Vaquita wasn't discovered until 1958

What is killing the vaquita: Elizabeth Claire Alberts on 16 February 2021. The critically endangered vaquita porpoise, a species endemic to the Sea of Cortez in the Upper Gulf of California in Mexico, is at severe risk of extinction due to illegal gillnet fishing for the critically endangered totoaba fish.

Solutions to saving the vaquitas that i can think of is limit fishing in the area and have an ideal if what fish to take as the vaquita need smaller fish to eat and they most likely have a natural predator and we should keep the vaquitas in a large tank that has a good sum of food and checking in every to make sure that none are straving and if they are killning themselves we could take the sperm and add them to egg to stop them from going extinct.
