We have families outside of the school that we are responsible for. I already work late voluntarily without being compensated if people want to volunteer to take on extra responsibility then it should be there call. I do not believe it should be mandated and not compensated. I feel because it is mandated we will have teachers resisting and not being fully committed to the cause.
