My name is Martha Inés Manjarres Rodríguez and I am 24 years old. I am from the municipality of Magangué, Bolívar, and I currently live in an apartment in the center of the municipality. I graduated as a nurse several years ago and currently work as a nurse at a local clinic. I love my job because it allows me to serve my community and people by working as a team. I am also a psychology student and I am working hard to become a future professional in that area.

My apartment is cozy and is conditioned to live a couple. It has a small living room with a comfortable sofa and a coffee table where I can relax after a long day at work. The kitchen is small but functional and is equipped with all necessary appliances. The room is spacious and decorated in soft, calming tones to create a peaceful atmosphere. I also have a small terrace where I can enjoy the sun and the views of the municipality. The place where I live is very comfortable, it is strategically located because I am close to the main road, there is a supermarket, a drugstore, a service payment point, a bank, several clothing and shoe stores, a recreational park, a gym , It is a family environment and there is also a police quadrant nearby, to provide security.

My day starts early. I wake up at 4:30 in the morning, get dressed and eat breakfast before going to work. I usually go on my motorbike on my way to the clinic, which is about 20 minutes from my apartment. During the day, I work in the ER and attend team meetings. I often have lunch at a nearby restaurant or clinic cafeteria. After work, I like to exercise in the nearby park and read the book value yourself. In general, I eat dinner at home or I really like to enjoy being at home. I like to stay active and enjoy all the activities that I do on weekends, if I don't have a shift at work, do university activities, go to church and visit family.

 The typical food of my Municipality is: Bocachico, seafood such as fried fish, ceviche, and shrimp cocktail, and Sancocho de Gallina criolla. These dishes are usually prepared with fresh ingredients from the rivers and sea.

 There are many celebrations in Magangué Bolívar throughout the year. The main ones are the Carnival of Magangué, which takes place in November, and the River Festival, which takes place in August.

 During the Carnival of Magangué, people dress up in colorful costumes and masks and dance to traditional music. During the River Festival, people celebrate the Magdalena River and its importance in the region with various sweets, music, and food.

 Visitors can also engage in many activities in Magangué Bolívar such as visiting entertainment sites, trying local food, and exploring the natural beauty of the region. There are many things to do and see in this charming municipality, and I hope that someday you get the opportunity to visit it.
