Day 2: Research locations that meet your criteria. Find information about each location (you've picked out 2-3 locations). Learn as much as you can about your locations. Record 3-5 interesting facts and details about each location.

Day 3: Write a description of each location (1 paragraph each). Include why you chose it, what kind of place it is (environment/scenery), pros and cons of the location, and activities that you're interested in participating in while you're there.

Day 4. Choose your favorite location and write an outline for a one-page persuasive essay. Your purpose is to convince your classmates to join you on your vacation. You should develop a thesis statements, two main points/reasons why your classmates should go with you to this location, and 2 sub-points for each main point.

Day 5. Begin developing your rough draft. Over the weekend, finish your essay and we will peer-edit on the following Monday.
