         <description><![CDATA[<p>Yes, it is important to have good eating habits to practice any sport because it provides the necessary nutrients to maintain an optimal state of health and health equals performance and recovery. Depending on how an athlete eats, they will be able to see how their performance improves or, on the contrary, remains limited or even decreases, since a poor diet can promote injuries and fatigue. I  really like playing soccer and it is a sport that I practice often.</p>]]></description>
