Getting out of our comfort zone helps us to try new things , gain new experiences and it allows us to get to know our strength and weakness better and we can , through this improve on the areas that we lack in and upgrade ourselves as a person.
2) We would work alongside machines more. In 60% of the industry, we will have around 30% of work done with machine therefore we need to continuously upgrade ourselves to keep up with the ever-changing industry for example learning more about technology and machinery.

In the Finance industry, technology is also required to make things easier for users and make financial services more efficient. For example, in OCBC Bank, they have jobs such as Data Scientist which is related to FinTech. In Singapore, there are more and more jobs in the finance sector that requires graduates to know about technology on top of just finance.

As society is constantly changing , what might not be profitable now might be profitable in the future . Just like bitcoin where decades back, no one expect it to be a profitable investment. However, right now bitcoin are being used widely over most country which will make a wise choice to look into cryptocurrencies now.We must learn to adapt new skills in order to blend into the future. We should keep challenging our limits and not to reject any opportunities given to us.

Although now crytpocurrencies are still on its growing stage , i believe that in the future there will be more to come.

-it would help if u have the skills required to deal with info because those are the core skills that are necessary these days to help learn new things. Easier to adapt/learn new things when u have the core skills required which are related to IT to be able to keep up to date with the advancing technologies such as block chains and different financial technologies rather than focusing on a specific subject.
2. How things will change in the future?
