         <description><![CDATA[<div>You could...<br>Find out the life expectancy, literacy rate, population growth rate and birth rate&nbsp;<br><br>The wellbeing of the people, the state of their economy, GDP, equality, popularity of the government.<br><br>The advancement in technology and the usage of it, such as machines used for medical purposes, how many people have access to these and how effective are they?<br><br>The foreign relations could also play a difference, such as trade talk, supplication of essential services to the people, the ability to meet needs<br><br>The environment of the country as well as the climate plays a big role in development, countries rich in oil can use that oil in trading and building up an economy. Agricultural growth also affects the community as they would have an advantage, being self sufficient should foreign relations ever sour. A place with rich soil and fertile land will be able to develop and gather resources faster than a developing nation that can't even meet food demands.<br><br>You could also look at how reform and change is accepted. Autocracy will quickly lead to corruption and cause a nation to turn on itself. The wisdom of a government or a leader can guide a nation in the decisions of choosing battles, whether to industrialize and how to find a strong identity</div>]]></description>
