So she thinks she's a fake Asian because of the culture she grew up in. However other people always consider she with her out look even through she think she is not different. When she was in university, no one wanted to form a team with her, she thought it was because she was too serious. But it was actually because other people thought she was Asian and didn't communicate well. Then she forced herself to do a lot of group work in order to make others think she was valuable. After that she realizes that there are so many obstacles for ‘fake Asian’ and what about the real Asian people? An ironic fact is that culturally diverse team can do more accurate work because they have more diverse skills and experiences. At the same time, companies with minority groups can be more impartial and neutral. As a result, the situation for minority women is even more difficult. Just like “Bamboo Ceiling”. In such a serious country, his creative environment is very limited. And his photography exhibitions are often closed because of what he shoots and his gay identity.Even though his mother gave him enough love and tolerance, it still could not alleviate his condition.
