         <description><![CDATA[<div>This article touches on the topic of exercise, being a sort of “all natural” cure for depression. It goes over what triggers happiness in our head, and how it works. Exercise is described as a cleaning process, that can resets our brains after each workout. That, paired with confidence, balanced brain chemistry, and a feeling of accomplishment aid in elevating one’s mood. The article in my opinion touches perfectly on this subject, in making it understandable for all.</div>]]></description>
