         <description><![CDATA[<p>2nd Group: The 2nd Group presented better in terms of charisma and confidence, but they had made an error with their Morocco remark. the investors also didn't seem to like the taste of their product. Another issue was starting with a bad impression, as one of the team members misunderstood one of the investors names. However, this group was more willing to accept criticism and feedback than the first group.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Pecha kutcha is a storytelling format of presentation where someone speaks on what's on the slide. </p><p>They speak for 20 seconds on each slide. </p><p>They have 20 slides each so that is approximately takes at least 4 minutes to present the PowerPoint. They use the 20x20 rule for when presenting the PowerPoint.</p><p>It forces presenters to focus on essential information and encourages audiences engagement. </p><p>It is used for when they are telling story on their presentation. </p><p>The people who use it are people who are leaders of communities and those who host events. </p><p>A lot of people who use it are those who are using it for professional development, employee onboarding, Training sessions, Product/design demos, </p>]]></description>

The person speaking is not the star, their idea is. </p></li><li><p>Where? Usually held in Canada, the speakers speak in front of an audience, either with an interviewer or by themselves. </p></li><li><p>Professional practice: confidence to present ideas.          <description><![CDATA[<p>The Format and Concept of a TED talk is similar to many other presentations, but when it comes to TED talks, it can range from fun to very serious on any topic. the format is more for an audience to learn something, rather than selling a product to a business. the concept of a TED talk is inform and share knowledge with strangers and other people.<br><br>Anyone can give a TED talk.<br><br>From the 80s to 2008, TED talks would occur in Canada, but from 2009 and onwards, TED talks now happen in other places such as the US, China, Afghanistan, and other countries.<br><br>This is very useful to our professional practice, because it shows how we must be confident and steadfast in front of an audience, especially when under pressure and when we have to deliver a promising pitch.</p><p><br/></p><p>Example: <a rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i3QxCyFAiZs">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i3QxCyFAiZs</a></p>]]></description>
