Google chrome got a 9.85 out of 10 on a ranking as of 2013. Chrome is the fastest browser and has secure browsing and syncing capabilities. You can also customize your browser. (Personally, I agree. Google Chrome is better.)

Safari is the best because it is owned by Apple. If its on a Apple device then it has to be good. Safari can also save any open tabs to iCloud so they will automatically open on any safari or iCloud device.

Safari is my favorite to use. I never have a problem with it. It also saves tabs if you exit the app.
