As a flight nurse, we are working on the front lines of the covid pandemic in more ways than one. There are often times when we must intubate a patient in an out of hospital scenario. The use of our video laryngoscope has given our company a higher "first pass success rate" with intubations, across the United States as trained clinicians who are not physicians. In my opinion, this gadget could be helpful to most anyone using the product.

Using Strenghts: Building an evaluation team

One of my strengths is a developer. As a developer I recognize and cultivate the potential in others. Here is who I have selected to be on my evaluation team and why:

Andrew - He is an activator. Activators are good at influencing people. They can make things happen by turning thoughts into action. I expect Andrew to be a "cheer leader". He will help us move forward with our innovation project.
Angelica- She is analytical. She uses stratigical thinking to search for reasons and causes. The analytics of a new innovation are of major importance.
David - He is deliberative. Deliberative people take serious care in making decisions or choices. They anticipate obstacles. David will be great at helping us navigate obstacles as they come or even aticipate them before they arise. This could help us speed up our evaluation.
Fernando - He is focus. These people take direction, follow through and make the corrections necessary to stay on track. They are good at prioritizing and then acting. We will need focus to push this project forward.
Faith - She is futuristic. Futuristic people are inspired by the future and what could be. They are good at inspiring others with their visions of the future. She will be a great assett to help any "old school" practitioner who may be against the newer vision of intubating patients.

These 5 people ar known as influencers, stratigic thinkers, and executitioners. Their strengths coupled with mine: consistency, empathy, harmony, realtor and developer should make for great teamwork for this current innovation project.
