         <description><![CDATA[<p>I’ve learned that burnouts, compassion fatigue and secondary traumas are real life things that can affect counselors. I’ve also learned that it’s important to not only provide resources to your clients to help them, but personal experiences are important as well. Being able to relate to your clients helps with repetitive sessions and boredom. Try to keep the sessions fun and uplifting.</p>]]></description>

Next, remember to stay active and eat a healthy balanced meal.&nbsp; Lastly, prioritize getting enough rest. I believe these strategies will help ensure that I am taking care of myself while also helping others.</p>]]></description>
