In this structure two departments of the hotel uses some key abilities and knowledge.<br>2) <strong>The Front desk</strong><br>a) Checks in/ Checks out and make reservation for the guests.<br>b) Handles the accounts and guest payments.<br>Housekeeping<strong><br></strong>a)The main function of the<strong> </strong>housekeeping department is to clean and maintain the guest rooms.<strong><br></strong>b) They are also responsible for restocking the amenities in the guest rooms and washrooms. <br>3) The Point of sale system improves the efficiency of the staff and the customer experience.Whereas the use of certain mobile apps can help the housekeeping  to stay in touch with front desk where they can keep track of  new check ins and check outs and let them know which rooms needs to be clean next. The mobile devices help the housekeeping to help them with their stocking process as they put a less strain on their bodies and they can finish their work more easily. <br>4) As an organization with the functional structure we would like to expand our business in other geographical locations as this will help our business to grow tremendously in different regions.</div>]]></description>

As they are perfect in their task. Like we have server’s, Bartender, Concierge, Dishwasher and chief. So, there are several duties which Concierge perform like providing awesome sitting facility to restaurant customer. Moreover, they provide them a paging system so they can call waiter at any time. It also books reservation for future customers. Receive calls at restaurant. Server also plays crucial role as they provide menu, take order from customer, provide cutlery, and the main part of server is to provide food on table. </div><div>3.       As our restaurant is techno-savvy so our concierge uses front desk computer which is a part of modern world. He uses it to book reservation. And book table through computer moreover, as our restaurant also provide paging system it’s also part of technology. </div><div>4.       As we mentioned our restaurant is ecofriendly we really care about our environment so our restaurant consumes very little electricity so by this we really save a lot of dollars. And due to our jungle theme, we get a lot of clients world-wide. Well to expand business we are going thru advertisement. This is efficient because people with similar skills and knowledge work together. <br>2) Front Desk agent: Check in/Check out, Generate invoices, Keep the front desk organized,  Answer all incoming calls/ confirm bookings, Check incoming daily mail. <br>Housekeeping attendant: Clean rooms to the upheld standards, Always check guest room amenities, be aware of the amount of clean/dirty rooms (communicate with front desk),  Have the rooms cleaned in given time constraints, Report maintenance issues to housekeeping supervisor/ manage lost and found issues, inspect the rooms. <br><br>3) Sensor carts to move automatically for all housekeeping products since they're heavy. this makes it more efficient to less strain on ones body.<br><br>App on their phone to notify them immediately which rooms need to be clean/inspected/vacant. this reduce the time and effort to call the front desk to know if the room is vacant. <br><br>App that connects guest requirements (amenities/towels) - all they have to do is push a button rather than housekeeping being called every time. <br><br>4) We chose to switch to geographical departmentalization. This will help us expand our business by allowing each hotels franchise to be overlooked from region to region. </div>]]></description>
