KQED in 1978.&nbsp;<br>In this case, broadcaster KQED argued that they had the right to record video and audio inside of a prison where an inmate committed suicide allegedly due to the prison conditions. The official ruling decided their claim was false and denied them, that access. This is important because the news&nbsp; company attemped to report on a possible issue of bad conditions in a prison and was denied direct access to do so.<br><br></div>]]></description>
