         <description><![CDATA[<div>Energy is the ability to do work, an object that has energy can apply force. Energy can either be potential or kinetic, potential energy is stored energy such as a ball on a top of a hill just frozen not moving another example would be an airplane not moving. Kinetic energy is energy that is in motion or moving such as a ball rolling down a hill or an airplane flying in the sky. Their are six main types of energy, Mechanical, light (radiant), electrical, sound, thermal, and chemical.</div>]]></description>

Some examples would be bonds between atoms in food and  fuel which store a lot of chemical energy. When a person digest food, bonds break and chemical energy is released. When fuel burns, bonds break and chemical energy is released.</div>]]></description>
