Ok everyone in the court, we have here is Judge Sol and the criminals such as Ms. Kissel and Ms. Wagaman and we’re trying to figure out who killed Ms. Lippert, and Ashley is the lawyer for Ms. Kissel and Faith is the lawyer for Ms. Wagaman. There were some witnesses such as Vernon, Mr. Heckman, Zach, and Trent. So as you already know, Ms. Lippert was poisoned by muffins and she died of a fractured skull. Which is pretty much overkill.

Ms. Kissel was looking innocent but was guilty on the inside. Ms. Wagaman was also guilty but I wouldn’t jump to conclusions just yet. Judge Sol was a bit cranky because she didn’t get enough sleep, so she’s almost tired before the court. Judge Sol said “Everyone sit down, before you give me a headache”. Everyone sat down and Officer Mitchell said “So the two criminals are Ms. Wagaman and Ms. Kissel, and the lawyers are faithers and piper”. The court then began and Judge Sol said “Thank you Officer Mitch”. “So we have some witnesses because they saw what happened or something I don’t know, who gives a crap”. Mr. Kissel said “oh come on we didn’t do anything”.

Judge Sol said “the lie detector determined that was lie”. Everyone sat down and the case started while Officer josh was eating a donut from the vending machine. Officer Trent said “so we also have other witnesses during the murder of Ms. Lippert”. Ms. Wagaman said “you have nothing against us, so we might as well be free”. Officer Mitchell said “I don’t think so, you’re not getting off the hook that fast you two”. Faith said “are you sure they did, it could be two other people that framed them”. Judge Sol started thinking about it for a minute and then said “Nah, pretty sure it was them because we some evidence to prove it”.

Then Judge Sol said “I would like to call Zach as my first witness”. Zach then got up and walked to the front and sat down. Judge Sol said “So Zach where were you before and after murder happened?”. Zach then said “well before the murder happend, I was with D’angelo and we started talking about some songs we liked and rappers in the hallways and after the murder happened, me and him went to our different classes to hang out with our friends”. Judge Sol then said “when have you saw the murder happened?”. 

Zach said “Well when I was outside during gym and saw blood on the wall and I was shocked at first but then I ran back inside and told Mr. Dent about the murder, and he was busy with other students”. Judge Sol then said “ok you can sit down now”. Zach then got up and walked backed to his seat. Ashley then said “your honor I think zach doesn’t know about what happened because he did say that he was with D’angelo the whole time so which means that he wasn’t there”. Judge Sol said “hmm you’re right about that but he saw the blood on the wall outside of the gym”. Zach said “well if you’re gonna call D’angelo, he’s not here because he had the flu so he didn’t want other people to get the flu”. Judge Sol said “Ok then, officer mitchell who’s the next witness after D’angelo?”. Officer Mitchell told her “Vernon Patterson”. Judge Sol said “Vernon Patterson, I would like you to step up”. 

Vernon got up and walked up to the front said “hey Judge Sol”. Judge Sol said “hello, so tell me where were you before and after the murder happened?”. Vernon said “Well I was in gym playing basketball with trent and zach”. Judge Sol said “so then you were in gym with zach and trent then”. Vernon nodded and said “I then saw Ms. Lippert with Ms. Wagaman and Ms. Kissel and they were walking outside and I thought they were talking about the meeting”. Judge Sol said “oh we have a witness over here everyone”. Faith said “your honor he’s lying, I was there but then I left to talk to Mr. Heckman about how his day was”. 

Vernon said “yeah but you were there for 10 minutes for basketball and you left somewhere”. Judge Sol said “ok ok break it up and vernon, you can sit down now”.

Vernon sat down and started to listening to music. Ms. Wagaman said “It was a meeting then she coughed up blood cause she was sick”. Officer Mitchell said “more like a outside death meeting”. Judge Sol said “I would like to call Mr. Heckman up here”. Mr. Heckman got up and walked to the front. Judge Sol said that “Ok Mr. Heckman tell me where were you before and after the murder?”. Mr. Heckman said “I was at the hallway and then I was talking to Joshua and then Faith about some things and after the murder, I was checking my emails then there was a email saying RIP LIPPERT and I was sad then started crying because she was one of my friends I talked to”. Judge Sol “I’m sorry to hear that Mr. Heckman, I miss her too”. She then said “wait who sent you that email?”. He then said “I don’t know who I didn’t have my glasses on but then whoever did sent it, they were one of the suspects that probably saw what happened”. Mr. Heckman sat down to his seat.

Ms. Kissel and Ms. Wagaman started whispering to each other. Judge Sol said to them “so how do you feel about what you did?”. They said “we were sad about she died and tried to call the doctor but he couldn’t answer cause he was busy with surgery”. Ashley said “yeah it’s true I talked to Ms. Kissel this morning and she was crying”. Judge Sol said “after the last two suspects we’ll see if you’re telling the truth”. She then said “Joshua Hockenberry get up and come up to the front”. Joshua got up and walked to the front and said “hello”. Judge Sol said “hello josh, so can you tell me where were you before and after the murder happened”. Joshua said “well before is when I was at lunch with D’angelo and we started about how some somgs we wrote down, then he started hanging out and talked about how our day was and I left to go to the bathroom then I saw zach and he told me about the murder”. Judge Sol said “So what happened next and after”. Joshua said “we both told D’angelo about the murder and he was confused and left somewhere”. Judge Sol said “do you know where did he go”.

Joshua said “unfortunately no I haven’t because he never told us”. He then sat back down. Judge Sol said “So the last one is Trent come on up so we have the results”. Trent got up and walked to the front. Judge Sol said “So trent any idea of what happened about the murder?”. Trent said “well sort of, I was at gym playing basketball with Vernon for a while and what vernon said was true”. Judge Sol said “then what happened afterwards?”. He said “Well riley ran to me and said I know what happened to Ms.Lippert and explained what happened to her”. Judge Sol said “ok then you can sit down now”. Trent said “whatever” and then he walked up to his seat and sat down. Officer Joshua and give Judge Sol the results. Judge Sol said “Everyone we have the results, and it reveals that both of you are guilty and you will be locked up for 6 months in prison”.

Officer Joshua and Officer Mitchell got up and handcuffed them and took them outside to the police car and said “You have the right to remain silent, anything you say will be against you in jail”. Judge Sol then said “I rest my case but I wonder who sent Mr. Heckman that email”. She then shrugged her shoulders and everyone left court. During the night, I sighed and said “Rest in Peace Ms. Lippert and I hope you live a better life
