I have always had a heart for my friends and building relationships. I consider myself a people person and am always looking out for others. I feel energized by being around other people and especially meeting new people. I feel that one of my main callings in life is to make sure that others feel that they are loved and seen + following Romans 13:8

Although it is never something I used to consider myself "good" at, my mom just recently got me into cooking and hospitality and I have grown a love for it. I believe there is nothing greater than walking into a home that feels inviting, warm, and safe. Even if it's just the smell of good food or the look of a clean and organized house, I believe it makes a world of a difference. I have also grown an excitement to learn new recipes in order to reach a goal of being a good mom/wife one day.

Ole Miss is a family school and somewhere that I have always felt connected to. I grew up going to games and tailgating in the Grove and it is an experience like no other. I had my first official tour in April and I see myself really fitting in with the community there. My mom graduated from their business school so I got to meet with one of their advisors to see what my path would look like as a student their. They have a really great business program and lots of connections with corporations in the careers that I am interested in regarding where to go after college. I feel at home when I'm on campus and I have family there that lives 30 minutes away, so I would have a place to go if I needed anything. It is safe to say Ole Miss is my number one choice as of right now.

When considering possible careers I would like to pursue, Real Estate was one of my first interests. With my passion for hospitality and a talent for building relationships and networks, Real Estate is something that I would see myself being successful in one day. The only thing that concerns me is the instability of the real estate market and working solely off of commission. However, it is something that I definitely have a passion for.

My parents are always one of the first people I seek council from and they have a lot of wisdom. My mom use to be a consulter at Deloitte and my dad has lots of connections through working in sales at Apple. They are both very business-minded people and are a great resource for starting a business career.

Flexibility and Adaptability have been something that I have always been exceptional in. Like everyone else, life throws curveballs at us that can be unavoidable. Just in this past year, with my sudden ACL tear, I found myself thrown into a new season of life that I have had to adapt to. My entire world was changed and my priorities were thrown for a loop. However, I was able to adjust and focus on what the next steps were to get back to where I was before. I turned to Ecclesiastes 3:1 and I realized that God puts us in every season for a purpose. We just have to be flexible and trust in what His plan is.

Another Talent of mine is looking ahead to the future and God's ultimate plan. At my age, it is so easy to be wrapped up in what is happening right now because we are so young and not concerned about what is ahead of us. Whether it is myself or others in concern, I believe I have a talent at reminding that everything we do is all part of a bigger picture.

Cheer has always been a huge part of who I am, but even outside of that, I have always had a heart for rooting for others. I strongly believe that encouragement can change something from good to great. God calls us to rely on our brothers and sisters to lift each other up, which is something that I do not take lightly. I know how it feels to be isolated and feel like no one is in your corner. Therefore, encouragement is something that I always strive to incorporate in any relationship I have.

As I mentioned earlier, I have a heart for others and especially caring for others. I love being able to look out for others whether it's kids, babies, elders, or my friends. I believe some of the most genuine connections are those built with those people who may not be able to express their needs, but helping them anyways. I find my fulfillment in caring for others and volunteering with kids or the elderly is definitely something I would want to pursue in the future.

Cheer is not only my sport, but one of my favorite hobbies too. Whether it is being on the sidelines during a game, greeting little kids at the ELC and pep rallies, or taking the mat at competition, cheer is something I find strength and peace in. I love to perform and energize both the fans and players. Even through the hard and tiring practices, seeing the end performance and chemistry the team builds is a reward like no other.

Auburn is a school that I have recently become interested in and shares a lot of the same qualities as Ole Miss. I know that I want to go to school in the SEC and their business school is ranked one of the best undergraduate business programs. Although I haven't visited yet, I would definitely want to my junior year and learn more about the environment there.

Property Management is a pretty similar field to Real Estate but provides a little more stability. I would like to be a manager and often find myself maintaining people groups, projects, or other other tasks. With my talent of strategic thinking and passion for housing, I would love to pursue being a property manager.

PR is a relatively new interest for me after learning more about it in business class. Especially after learning about business scandals, a companies reputation and image is one of the most important things. I also believe with my talent of being personable, I could be successful in this field and is definitely something I could see myself pursuing.

Jeremiah 29:11 states "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope". I find peace in knowing that God has an ultimate plan for me and He can provide me with wisdom for the future. I have prayed and continue to pray for Him to reveal His plan for me and I know whether it is my idea or not, He will point me in the direction that He believes is best for me.
