Conflict Theory: Forced to decide which sport I wanted to pursue. There was a lot of conflict due to myself not knowing exactly what to do and was being pushed into choosing which sport I wanted to pursue.

Feminist Theory: My badminton coach was my first real girl coach. It gave me a different view on coaching due to all my past experiences of coaches being male.

Discrimination Theory: The coach for my high school team was unfair in the way the he chose his players for his team. He chose players first that were on competitive soccer teams, and the rest of the team he chose were hockey players due to them being active and in shape. This meant that if you didn't play competitive soccer or hockey, you were not chosen for the team
