Culture shock is a common phenomenon and, though it may take months to develop, it often affects travelers and people living far from home in unexpected ways. Culture shock generally moves through four different phases: honeymoon, negotiation, adjustment and mastery. Anyone could experience culture shock whether they mive to a new foreign place or just to a new environment. The most important when we experience it is to be open minded. We should think that every place has its own culture and we should appreciate it without thinking that our own culture is better than others and look down on them.
