America had just gotten out of an economic crisis and did not want to go fight overseas instead of helping to rebuild their crashing economy. The government had introduced Pro Propaganda and it did not have much effect until after the bombing of the Pearl Harbor. In which this had showed all of the Americas that war is so close to home and it now needs to be protection and so the Propaganda showed the Americans success in World War II.

People were encouraged to buy war bonds to fun the military during WWII. This propaganda is displaying Hitler as the Devil to appeal to the religious folks to get them to buy bonds. The money was put towards aiding the military and winning the war.
