A caucus is a meeting of supporters of a certain political party who gather representatives to decide on who the candidate should be for their party in the coming election.
The Primaries are a method of choosing candidates, it is organized by the state and the voters cast a secret ballot to vote on who they wish to be the elected candidate. The candidate with the most votes wins.
