I think the action of trading and the different trading routes angered the colonists because maybe it wasn't fair. The Stamp act as well.

After the intolerable acts I think the colonies started to see themselves separate from Britain.

Yes they were justified in resisting British taxes and laws. The war debts with no say in government.

Proclamation of 1763. This limited their expansion, and gave them taxes.
They wanted to become a self-governed colony, seeing as Britain gave them a lot of acts like the sugar act and stamp act, they could create something somewhere where they wouldn't have to have those.
Yes and no. Yes because it was a bit of a struggle to gain the money needed and stay in a home and provide for a family at the same time, and no because the taxes didn't really harm them other than money-wise.
