         <description><![CDATA[<div>Greek Poetry and Fable have been around for a long time. Poetry and Fables were very important to Greek culture. They were best known for their poetry and dramas. Things such as the Odyssey and Iliad have been remade many times and been made into many things, which are a part of our own cultural. Poems and fables have influenced many modern stories and even affects people everyday life. For example, fables teach lessons and those lessons could be used by someone today, in everyday life.</div>]]></description>

There were storms, witches, and giants in his adventure back home. Homer wrote this poem as well! This adventure took ten years to get him home. It gave people a peek into the past with a cast of heroes. It also taught lessons like loyalty and value and much more.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Aesop was a greek slave who lived in 550 BCE and he wrote famous fables that teach us lessons. In his fables he had animals that acted like people. They were humorous, but it always had a moral. These fables became part or Greece’s oral traditions and without Aesop Greece would miss out on some of their oral traditions that they would have had with him.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

The Greeks were mad so the brother of the Spartan king lead the attack on Troy. The poem explains other events in the Trojan War. Homer wrote this poem. This was important because it kept a record of these events and it also taught people lessons and about the event.</div>]]></description>
