As long as I got home for tea. This is part of the reason I chose manchester for uni, decent rail links, good tram system and good buses in the center.

I've chosen sustainable cities for this reason. Transport links and affordable freedom of movement are a vital part in a sustainable, fun and productive city. As well as a vital part of reducing the many carbon impacts of car use such as production (steel, plastics and battery), use and maintenance (road and vehicle).

I've lived in semi-suburban areas most of my life so moving into a dense city center has been a great experience, increasing how many shops, bars and people I could get to in a 40 min walk with my only carbon output being the food I ate and the electricity used to power my phone.
