Ela tem 14 anos, estudou comigo na minha antiga escola, no inicio do ano ela era rodeada de amigos, mas teve um desentendimento com uma garota e começou a ter problemas... Essa garota começou a manipular alguns amigos da minha amiga, os garotos zoavam com a aparência de uma garota linda, que não conseguia enxergar a sua própria beleza, ela passou a se mutilar, os pais tomaram conhecimento do assunto e foram até a escola, e infelizmente nenhuma medida foi tomada, a escola simplesmente romantizou o caso, e interviram para a minha amiga não sair da escola. Nos dias de hoje ela permanece na escola e provavelmente com muitos problemas psicológicos, sem o mínimo apoio e ajuda da escola.

For deputy Gilmaci Santos, leader of the PRB and author of a project on the subject, bullying is still a very present problem. "Anyone who thinks that this violence has already been combated is mistaken. For this to happen, interaction between the community, school and authorities is necessary," he said.

In 2009, Gilmaci presented Bill 1,239, which establishes the Program to Combat Bullying in public and private schools in the State. The PL proposes that the school creates a multidisciplinary team to promote information, guidance, prevention and internal sanction activities.
