Young people can get experience in these areas, as well as learn to manage disagreements and consider alternative points of view, through role-playing. It's a great tool for boosting confidence and helping people overcome social anxiety and shyness.

However, stories are a great way to teach children about new cultures and moral principles while also setting an example of appropriate behavior. Children can better relate to and learn from the characters in stories when those characters confront similar obstacles to the ones the children themselves encounter. Children's stories are a great way to help them learn to think critically, expand their vocabularies, and grasp abstract ideas.

In addition, reading books can inspire kids to use their imaginations and form their own unique take on the world. Elementary school students can benefit greatly from both academic and social development through role-playing and storytelling.

Biographies usually include information about the subject's personality and motivations, and other kinds of intimate details excluded in a general overview or profile of a person's life.

A moral dilemma refers to a situation where an individual or a group of individuals are faced with a difficult decision in which there are conflicting moral principles or values at stake. It is a scenario where one is confronted with two or more choices, each of which has its own ethical implications and consequences, making it challenging to determine the morally right course of action.
2.

The different methods of teaching values education can have a significant impact on shaping the character and behavior of elementary pupils, especially when using biographies and moral dilemmas as teaching tools. Biographies can inspire students to emulate positive role models and learn from their life experiences, while moral dilemmas can challenge them to think critically and make ethical decisions. Through activities such as storytelling, discussions, and role-playing, students can engage with these topics in a meaningful way and develop a deeper understanding of moral values and ethical principles. This can help them to internalize these values and apply them to their daily lives, ultimately shaping their character and behavior in positive ways. By using biographies and moral dilemmas as part of a comprehensive values education curriculum, educators can equip elementary pupils with the knowledge, skills, and values needed to become responsible, empathetic, and ethical individuals.
For Biography
In order to develop the desirable values by the young learners, as a teacher you will share to the class an example of biography of our late heroes who faught for our country for instance by sharing the life of Rizal and how he dealt with the enemy with courage and for the love of the country which is makabansa.

For Moral Delimmas
You will share a situation for instance you tell your class about seeing an old lady want to cross the road, what will you do? So the learners will say that he/she will help the old lady to cross the road. For me in order teaching values with these methods and strategies can help the young learners to develop values especially you are showing to them the importance and impact of applying these desirable values which they can use in their daily life and the will grow fully developed and holistic one.

Each method offers a unique way to convey moral lessons, making it easier for students to understand and internalize them. Parables and poems can capture the imagination of students and make them relate to the characters in the story. Proverbs and quotations can be used to emphasize the importance of certain values and provide students with a concise and memorable way to remember them. Visual experiences, such as videos and images, can provide a powerful and lasting impact on students' understanding and behavior. By using a variety of methods to teach values education, educators can help students develop strong character traits and ethical behavior that they can carry with them throughout their lives.

Sharing parables, proverbs, quotations, poems, and visual experiences in class allows self reflection for pupils in a way that they are able to evaluate themselves whether the values they posses are desirable or not.
