World War II and military Air Force has greatly effected Fort Worth, but a great variety of events can shape a community. Missouri’s history was greatly affected by the inventions of cannonballs and sheet lead, while the results of war in the Middle East has greatly affected the California. For example, the majority of art in Fort Worth reflects our history as cowboys, and shows that Western influence in Fort Worth. Sculptures, murals, and paintings are the majority of art in Fort Worth, but in other communities such as Santa Ana, cloths are a popular and modern take on art. The growth of modern technology has so vastly increased global communication, increasing the speed pop culture spreads worldwide.This allows all the latest clothes, musics and cosmetics to be available to all. I wouldn’t say the experience has changed my opinion of where my PenPals live, because I didn’t know enough about the areas originally to form an opinion. Through the last six posts, however, I was able to learn so much about these different communities. I was slightly surprised on how different the cities seemed to be.
