A growing number of people participate in online discussions and use it to vent their emotions. Through the study of group behavior, it is found that this kind of behavior largely depends on the existing social network structure, and the author carries out more empirical research on the network structure. In this paper, the first model combining social background is proposed, which predicts participation in collective action. The model is divided into two parts to explore, including social networks are repressing and reconciling and psychological response to depression. These studies explain group behavior and psychology and provide a basis for exploring the causes of cyber violence.

This article analyses the complex network modeling under the network violence from the statistical point of view. Due to the continuous interaction between individuals and the surrounding environment, public opinion is often reversed in modern society. This paper introduces a model which can accurately describe the whole process of public opinion reversal in the Internet environment. It shows that public opinion is seriously affected by misleading and harmful information dissemination, thus forming cyber violence. These provides theoretical and data support for my research on the causes of cyber violence.
