in Gaukönigshofen at her house and a barn where they hid the refugees .

In order to save her mother from being reported, she went to the butcher's house because he was an important man in the village, and she knew him well. She asked him if he knew anything and he denied it but she knew he was lying and he finally admitted that he heard the police chief say that they should leave her mom alone next she went to the police station. The police chief was and when she asked about her mother, he denied knowing anything about her at first but then eventually admitted that she had indeed been reported. The butcher turned out to have a nephew that could get rid of the report. He promised his nephew all the meat he needed for his family until the end of the war and offered to pass down his son’s clothes to his family as well if he would promise to make the file disappear and sure enough the file became lost.

the war started to appear in 1933 when Jewish people started to fear the Nazi party and rationed their stamps,food,etc 

One night the Nazi party raided the village of Gaukönigshofen and destroyed Jewish property and kidnapped most Jewish

The first sight of the Americans help appear in 1945 and then some time later a american lieutenant came to the village and build a headquarter in the village and while they were there the Americans helped the village and Rosa also helped because she knew English
