Here are 9 ways to protect you hearing:
1. Use earplugs near loud noises like concert, clubs, or while using lawnmowers or chainsaws.
2. Make sure you listen to your songs below 60% volume.
3. If you are at concert take a break of 5 minutes outside, this will give your ears time to rest.
4. Do not use cotton swabs to remove earwax. This is not advisable and can damage your eardrums.
5. Take medications as directed
6. Excess moisture can allow bacteria to enter and attack the ear canal this could result in hearing loss.
