Mars is the fourth planet in order of distance from the Sun and the second smallest in the solar system, after Mercury. It received its name in homage to the god of war in Roman mythology (Ares in Greek mythology), and is also known as "the red planet" 3 4 due to its reddish appearance5 that the predominant iron oxide confers on it. on its surface. Mars is the inner planet furthest from the Sun. It is a telluric planet with a thin atmosphere of carbon dioxide, and has two small and irregularly shaped satellites, Phobos and Deimos (children of the Greek god), which could be captured asteroids6 7 Similar to the Trojan asteroid (5261) Eureka. Its surface characteristics are reminiscent of craters on the Moon as well as the valleys, deserts, and polar caps of the Earth.

Pluto is not a planet since 2006. Now, it is categorized as a dwarf planet because it is as small as three objects of the Solar System: Ceres, Makemake and Eris.
Pluto lies in the Kuiper Belt and it is known as the "King of the Kuiper Belt". That is because Pluto is the biggest object of this region.
Almost all the planets travel around the sun in nearly perfect circles. But Pluto does not. It takes an oval-shaped path with the sun nowhere near its center.
Moreover, if you lived on Pluto, you'd have to live 248 Earth years to celebrate your first birthday in Pluto-years and if you weigh 100 pounds on Earth, you would weigh only 7 pounds on Pluto.
Finally, at Pluto's current distance from the sun, the temperature on its surface is about 400 degrees below zero Fahrenheit!
