2.-Communication & decisions in advance - we need to know at least 7 days in advance for planning lessons IN.
3.-More time to embed learning and understandings. Time IN to introduce new topics and then weeks OUT for revision and review. Quality of learning rather than quantity.
4.Use of TA/ specialists to plan individual sessions to reinforce previous learning.
5.To look at how resources can go between home and school- to improve variety of lessons.

Wellbeing
Students- Generally very good as parents are providing social, visits etc. Pressure is of from academics.
Teachers-Lack of forward planning leads to stress and anxiety.
