My nails and my frustration caused me to stop multiple times when constructing. Finally, I was told that screwdrivers (most) are magnetic on the ends so you can easily pick up small nuts and screws. Once that happened, I found myself becoming more invested in the project again. I acknowledged that the process took me longer than it should've. I also recognized that when constructing the bot the directions in the manual were picture led. I personally would've preferred written instructions. I ended up going to YouTube and watching some assembly videos throughout to make sure I didn't miss a step or incorrectly assemble the bot. Overall the assembly was difficult for me due to the instructions being pictures and not many words. I need both visuals and text for clarity. I ended up watching a YouTube video and followed along, and that was helpful to watch step by step. The screws I remember last time seemed to give many people issues before, so I did not attempt to deconstruct and rebuild my bot. I tried different combinations of code and couldn’t figure it out. I completely forgot that I had to code the left and right sensors on the Microbit. Which explained why he kept stopping after one turn, regardless of where I started him on the black circle. The introductory lessons were helpful in getting me acclimated to the program though.
