1) change from single strand conductor wire to multi-strand. Multi-strand are much more robust, especially in very small gauge size wire like is used for Axios.

2) add bearings in handle at attachment points for catheter (at grey slider), and pusher (at black handle connection point).  Bearings would allow handle to rotate around catheter, without twisting catheter or pusher.

Based on discussion with Katie -- it seems metabolic/AMP will not be launching within the next five years. If that changes, will update.
