I am going to performing this skill by running and gathering speed and momentum before doing a high jump on the trampoline then rotating forward with my hands grasping onto my tightly tucked knees. To land the front sault I release my knees and partly straighten them to land in a motorbike. I chose this skill, because I have previously completed it in the past so I know that I will be able to achieve it in the limited amount of time we have, but there is lots of room for improvement and even an extra challenge if I quickly perfect this skill. 

Three key teaching points:
- Use momentum to get a high jumping on the trampoline
- Hold your knees closer to your head for a tighter tuck and quicker rotation
