         <description><![CDATA[<p>I want to build trust with the clients I serve to meet their needs in as many ways as I am trained to do. Adding telehealth services to my private practice not only helps me serve more, but also help you receive the counseling experience in a setting you prefer. My story begins with counseling in an office. I was nervous to seek counseling in person. I felt like I cried a lot and kept grabbing for the tissue box and that I was bothering my counselor. It was not until telehealth services became available through my work one day as an employee benefit that I even knew there was another way. I was able to speak to a counselor from my phone without having to meet in an office. I could speak to a counselor during a regular phone conversation for a virtual video like zoom. It was eased my nerves and allowed me to open up and receive the help I needed. That is why I want to help others in this way; the <strong>convenience</strong>, <strong>comfortability</strong>, and <strong>flexibility</strong> it brings (Garner, 2018).</p>]]></description>

         <title>Compliance Matters</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>It is crucial for my business to maintain confidentiality and stay compliant. This new telehealth feature will be explained to each client so that they can have informed consent before entering into the counseling session.  Also, records will be maintained in a safe place where no one else can access them but me as the counselor (Online Therapy Institute).</p>]]></description>

Most of these systems can be used by a telephone for computer which will make it convenient for all clients. There will be training material for each provided prior to each session (Langarizadeh, M., Tabatabaei, M. S., Tavakol, K., Naghipour, M., Rostami, A., &amp; Moghbeli, F., 2017).</p>]]></description>
