Do not write their name.

Do not include any names in the memory (use “he,” “she,” or “they” instead).

The memory must be kind and appropriate.

Collect all index cards and place one on each desk around the room.

Give each student a marker. Students will walk around the room, read different memories, and write on the desk the name of the student they think wrote each one.

Students must try to guess at least five different memories.

Monitor for respectful behavior and remind students to keep all guesses appropriate.
