One leadership skill I truly appreciated about you Josh, is that you always made time to think through whether we were going to do things the same (did it work? what could have been better?) or, did we take the opportunity to reflect and make sure there wasn't a better/smarter/more impactful way of getting the work done. I know Josh is groaning right now because he dislikes my use of slashes 😁 lol.

Taking a step back gave us time to reflect, improve and learn which provided MFRC a chance to grow and evolve in a tremendously beneficial way for the team and the community!

I have learned so much from you Josh, and know you are going to continue to rock it in your next role!

As you conclude your journey with Malvern Family Resource Centre, I want to share my gratitude for how much I have learned from your leadership. This was my first experience in the nonprofit sector, and you were patient with every learning curve and hiccup. I grew because you invested time, trust, and honest feedback in me.
