Group Chit-chat program</p><ul><li><p>Every week spend half an hour for student to have opportunity to have a conversation about the things that they had faced.</p></li><li><p>This could let student have a chance to release their stress by tell other people about anythings that happened in their life and maybe could let them be depress or anxiety. </p></li><li><p>At the same time, having a group conversation can let student feel they are not alone when facing any problem and they are socially acceptable.</p></li></ul><p>2. Program "Song make life relax"</p><ul><li><p>School can having this program by playing song or music during recess time, student also could suggest and contribute any music or song that they would like to share and listen.</p></li><li><p>According to social experiment, it shows that music and song can help an individual feel comfortable and relax by release their stress. This is because, when people listening to music or song can increase their hormones and dopamine which are the special chemical in human body that will let people feel happy and relax.</p></li></ul>]]></description>
