Some standards and practices not really played well in my school, especially for collaboration planning between other subject lesson,  we only have few of it, most of our activities involving outsiders or other organization/company. I realized also I can use our CAS budget for more than only for supervisor's fees only.

 to support, and be supported by, the academic disciplines
 to foster international-mindedness to develop self-awareness and a sense of identity. 

About that three coherent aims, I guess it's good enough in my school , we already did on the right track, we just need to improve it, like find another collaboration work with international NGO to develop our students sense of awarenes, because most of our students come for high class community, which is need to learn more about it.
