Luo Tea- I hope to increase retention of our volunteers by having at least 25 regular volunteers. (quantitative) Qualitatively, I hope to improve volunteer experience which can be measured through the mid year and end year surveys. The reason for this goal is to ensure that the events we hold are in line with our ultimate goal of empowering and encouraging more students to be compassionate and proactive individuals!

Luo Tea- To promote a sense of belonging among our volunteers. As such, the conscious effort to recognize our volunteers and most importantly, their dedicated spirit in serving community. It also serves as an encouragement to keep up their effort.

rochelle - I hope to increase retention of our volunteers by having at least 25 regular members. Based on the response, we can slowly increase the numbers if possible. I also hope to improve volunteer experience so they find joy in volunteering rather than giving us bad feedbacks etc. Whenever there's a clubroom inspection, i hope most of us can come down together to tidy up the clubroom and score in the clubroom inspection part in CDR.

I also hope to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for all the members to share their feedback on any improvement to our events, and to allow the members to feel more confident in engaging and interacting with the seniors so that they are more motivated to volunteer regularly.

Lucinda - I hope that for our volunteering events, we can have more members signing up to join, since for some events, there may be insufficient number of volunteers. I hope that we are also able to collate feedback from the seniors who attended the events to know their preferences and dislikes so that we can plan better events in the future.
