         <description><![CDATA[<div>Selecting participants – making a profile of participant&nbsp;<br>Application procces - question connected with topics<br>&nbsp;Number of participants based on resources! – rooms, accommodation, budget...&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Part of application - Motivation letter – previous experience, questions concern about the future&nbsp;<br>The question is:&nbsp;<br>Should we accept great people with very good socioeconomic status or good people with poor socioeconomic status? - Answer depending on the type of project and aim. Equality of gender question? Socioeconomic status?&nbsp;<br>Choosing a partner - similiar topics and history - e.g. peace and war topic - including countries like ex Yugoslavia countries/Poland and Germany&nbsp;<br>Good strategy - check the NA for their opinion - make partners and potentional projects on other events like EYF. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
