         <description><![CDATA[<p>The purpose of the commercial is clearly stated in the video.&nbsp;The three king - of - the - ghetto classic hamsters&nbsp;rap around the New York City area while&nbsp;riding the modern vehicle, the 2010 Kia Soul without any trouble. The lyrics of '<em>You can get with this... or you can get with that</em>'&nbsp;are used to&nbsp;compare the Kia Soul's modern&nbsp;transportation against&nbsp;the different&nbsp;modes of transport; like&nbsp;the toaster on wheels and the washing machine. The purpose was to&nbsp;prove that the 2010 Soul&nbsp;was the better choice.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Another purpose of the video was to promote Kia's "A New Way to Roll" campaign.&nbsp;This meant that it was not only&nbsp;used to promote the 2010 Soul, but to also promote the Kia brand and their incoming success. By fulfilling another purpose, the video has another&nbsp;sense of meaning&nbsp;behind it. Its modern and&nbsp;engaging style appeals to the public to be interested in their other style of cars.</p>]]></description>

The toaster and washing machine represent the "out of style" vehicles while the Soul represents the modern style. People tend to change with time and style. The video takes place in the urban part of the city. This represents&nbsp;the more classic and average life of the&nbsp;"people". This allows intended buyers to relate more easily to the video.&nbsp;At the end of the video, it includes gas mileage, price, and a symbol of technology. These factors appeal to those can drive or afford a car. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>If the video was made to address other audiences, I believe another audience would be teenagers who are likely to buy a car very soon and become adults. Teenagers are a viable choice because they are part of the modern era and they would easily relate to the scene of the video, apart from the adults. The writing would change because it's no longer directed to adults, but to teenagers also. The video represents cars, which is what teens are thinking of because it relates to their goals such as their permits. If it were to be written to a more general audience, it would appeal better because of the humor behind the video. The hamsters and their charisma easily attract outsiders.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>If the commercial was to be made in a different format, it could easily be converted into a flyer. The flyer could have the three classic hamsters with the Soul in the front while putting the toaster and washing machine in the back. The flyers could be passed around in a public place, such as a mall. This is one method of easily spreading information. It could be changed into a link so&nbsp;the information and video&nbsp;could be easily spread. Another form could be playing the song constantly playing, which would allow people to relate the song with the commercial. The propaganda could become global, successfully promoting the Kia brand. </p>]]></description>

On the other hand, the words&nbsp;said&nbsp;are the words from the&nbsp;rap song, which&nbsp;would be&nbsp;considered slang. The rap is sung by a group of young adult hamsters, representing the young people of New York City. </p>]]></description>
