1. The major and common issue that our department is facing right now is waste so we may choose our topic as waste management. 2. In EACD division, environmental clearance is the issue since we have to maintain hardcopy. So we may consider this.

Waste is certainly a rising issue and an area of concern as it has detrimental impacts on our health and environment.
High attrition rate in Civil Service is also another major concern which necessitates efficient public service delivery but there aren't service providers.

One of the predominant issue within our organization revolves around a deficiency in human resources, which consequently leads to inefficiencies in our workflow. This insufficiency not only burdens existing staff but also hinders the ability of new recruits, like myself, to receive the requisite guidance essential for optimal performance.

Lack of expertise in the office, as new officers we often face challenges while learning procedures at work and seeking guidance from seniors. This is because they are already busy with their work and asking for help and guidance is not appropriate at times or feels like adding onto their burdens.
